Claude Code Skills and Agents Factory is a repository of prompt engineering assets for generating extensions to Claude Code rather than a runtime library. It packages five generators. The Skills Factory produces complete skill directories with a correctly formatted SKILL.md and YAML frontmatter, optional Python implementation files, sample input and output data, usage documentation and a distributable ZIP. The Agents Factory emits subagent definitions with extended frontmatter covering name, description, allowed tools, model, colour and expertise, including MCP wiring and auto-invocation settings. The Prompt Factory is itself shipped as a ready-to-install skill and contains 69 role presets spread over 15 domains, with output formats for XML, Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini and a seven-point quality check. The Hooks Factory generates Claude Code hooks for seven lifecycle events such as SessionStart, PostToolUse and SubagentStop, with language-specific formatting templates for Python, JavaScript, Rust and Go and safety validation that screens for destructive operations before installation. The Slash Command Factory covers 17 preset commands across business, development, documentation and analysis workflows, follows three documented command patterns and derives the bash permissions each command needs. Around these generators the repository adds ten slash commands for the authoring workflow itself, including interactive builders, output validation with automatic ZIP packaging, installation into the user or project scope, a status check, AGENTS.md synchronisation from CLAUDE.md, Codex CLI execution and conversion of TodoWrite items into GitHub issues. Five interactive guide agents run question-and-answer sessions, with a factory-guide orchestrator delegating to skills, prompts, agents and hooks specialists. The intended user is someone standardising Claude Code configuration across a team or building a library of reusable agent definitions.
